The Workshop / Intensive Profile allows you to present your program
- Purchase a Workshop/Intensive Profile Membership.
- Set your password and login to Ballet Insights using the username/email and password from your Workshop/Intensive Profile Registration. If you forget your password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page, and we will send you a password reset link to your email.
- Upon login, you will be taken to your user profile. Find your guide to the site under the Information tab on your profile menu.
- Fill out the profile form to create a multimedia profile. Click on the gray gear icon and add your profile content as directed.
- Once you have uploaded a profile and cover photo, your profile will appear in the Intensive/Workshops directory. You can edit and manage all profile information from your “Profile” menu. Manage your data and notification preferences from your “Account” page.
Post your Event
List your auditions and programs in Auditions/Events
Create your event by filling out the form “Post Auditions/Events.” When complete, click “Submit Event.” Our team will review your post and notify you by email when your event has been published. If you need help creating your event, contact Ballet Insights.
Search and recruit talent
Search and recruit talent for your program. Our Dancers directory enables profile searches by ranking, level, location, age, gender, languages and height.
Interact with the Ballet Insights community
- “Follow” profiles to show your interest. The profiles your follow are saved to your profile.
- Recruit by using “Groups”. Create a Group (public/private/hidden) and invite members of interest to join your group to learn about your audition, your program or your scholarships.
- You may add text and images communicate with your group members in the forum.
- Manage your members, discussion and content.
Post a Job
List your jobs in Jobs directory.
Create your job listing by filling out the form “Post Job.” You can preview, edit, and save your draft. When complete, click “Submit Job.” Our team will review your post and notify you by email when your event has been published. If you need help creating your event, contact Ballet Insights.
Collect payments and sell tickets
Use Ballet Insights to collect fees and sell tickets for your events. Your products will appear under “Purchase” on Ballet Insights. You will need a separate Vendor account.
Vendor account
Create a separate Vendor account for financial transactions related to your programs and events
The Vendor account allows you to collect tuition, fees and sell tickets to your events listed on Ballet Insights. Manage your registrations, tuition payments, fees and ticket sales for your program and events. View your orders and financial transactions from this account.
The Vendor’s Dashboard is available when you login to your Vendor account. Located at the top of your screen, this dashboard contains your tools concerning orders and creating and publishing products.
