Contributor Registration

Contributors may submit drafts for publication on Ballet Insights.

We may copyright the contribution in its entirety in our name, and all rights in and to the contribution will be owned by us as a specially commissioned contribution to a collective work, and accordingly as a “work made for hire” as that term is defined under U.S. copyright law. However, you may use the contribution, in whole or in part, in future works of your own, provided that proper copyright credit in the name of Ballet Insights, LLC is included. The manuscript will be accepted in form and content and the final decision as to publication of the contribution is to be determined by the editor and the publisher. Should it not be published within a reasonable time after all contributions of the work have been received by us, the rights, including copyright, will be assigned to you upon written request.

You agree that your name may be listed in promotion of the work.
