To join Ballet Insights, Instructors create two separate accounts: Instructor profile and Vendor account
Instructor Profile
The Instructor Profile account allows you to interact with the Ballet Insights community.
- Fill out your evaluations and submit for publication
- Form public, private or hidden groups
- Post jobs and audition/events.
- Submit posts for review and publication on Insights.
To get started
- Fill out the Instructor Registration to join Ballet Insights as an Instructor. Your application will be reviewed by our team. You will a receive an email confirming your status.
- If approved, login to Ballet Insights using the username/email and password from your Instructor Registration. If you forget your password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page, and we will send you a password reset link.
- Upon login, you will be taken to your user profile. Find your Instructor’s guide to the site under the Information tab on your profile menu.
- Fill out the profile form to create a multimedia profile. Click on the gray gear icon and add your profile content as directed.
- Once you have uploaded a profile and cover photo, your profile will appear in the Instructors directory. You can edit and manage all profile information from your “Profile” menu. Manage your data and notification preferences from your “Account” page.
The Instructor’s Dashboard is available when you login to your Instructor’s Profile account. Located at the top of your screen, this dashboard contains all your writing and publishing tools. From this black menu, find the tools to fill out evaluations and create posts for publication.

Vendor account
The Vendor account allows you to manage your personal bookings, your calendar, and your products, rates and services. View your orders and financial transactions from this account.
To get started
- Fill out the Vendor Registration to create a Vendor account on Ballet Insights. This second account is required for your bookings and payments. Be sure that the email connected to your Vendor account may be connected to a PayPal account for you to receive payments. This Vendor email should not be the same email you associated with your Instructor Profile.
- Your application will be reviewed by our team. You will a receive an email confirming your status.
- When approved, set your password from the link provided in your approval email. (This is a WordPress account.) You will be able to log in from Ballet Insights afterward in the same way you log in to your Profile account.
- Login to Ballet Insights using the username/email and password from your Vendor Registration. If you forget your password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page, and we will send you a password reset link.
- Upon login, you will be taken to your Vendor Dashboard.
The Vendor’s Dashboard is available when you login to your Vendor account. Located at the top of your screen, this dashboard contains your tools concerning orders and bookings. From this black dashboard menu, find your booking calendar and profile settings for your bookings. Use the forms to select your services, rates, hours and availability.
You will receive email notifications of customer bookings for the services you wish to provide. Your services will appear under Services. Your services will aslo be linked to your Instructor Profile in the Instructors directory.
