Institutions seeking talent
Schools, choreographers, and companies present their profiles to the dance community. They search profiles, seek talent, create communities, and interact. Ballet Insights enables contact for recruitment purposes.
Dancers
Not only do dancers need training, but also visibility, community and support to flourish. Our mission is to aid dancers in their development. We strive to provide information and insights to all enthusiasts of the art.
Ballet Insights presents dancers in professional, multimedia profiles, with tools to connect and interact with artists and institutions. Profiles with evaluations can be ranked on the site and help recruiters find top talent. Ballet Insights features profiles each month to showcase talent.
Choreographers
Choreographers need exposure for opportunities to show their work. Upload your biography, photos and videos to present your work. Search profiles to recruit talent for your projects. Make connections and enlarge your following.
Choreographers can post their upcoming auditions, events, and performances in our directory. Become a Vendor on Ballet Insights to sell tickets to your performances. Showcased choreographers feature on Ballet Insights and in our monthly newsletter.
Theater Arts
Scenic artists, costume and lighting designers, sound technicians, stage managers and musicians, present your portfolios catered to the dance community. Gain visibility, forge connections and create your community.
Create a group and invite members to learn about your expertise. Costume designers, join our costume exchange group, or create one one of your own. Theater artists are selected monthly to feature on the homepage and in our newsletter.
Schools
Present your school to prospective students in a multimedia profile. Search for talent in our Dancers directory. Ballet Insights enables recruiters to contact talent. Pre-Screen for your upcoming auditions or hold virtual auditions. Invite candidates to upload profiles on Ballet Insights for pre-screening, or recruit directly using the platform’s interface.
Invite members of your school to join groups you host. You control your groups’ membership, privacy, and interactions. Post jobs and list your events. Vendors can collect audition fees, registrations, or sell tickets through Ballet Insights.
Workshops/Intensives
Present your program in a profile. Search for prospective attendees; pre-screen for your upcoming auditions. As with Schools on Ballet Insights, you can hold virtual auditions on Ballet Insights by inviting candidates to upload their profiles on Ballet Insights. Use the platform to invite candidates to your auditions or straight into your program.
Post jobs, auditions and events. As a Vendor on Ballet Insights, you have the ability to collect registrations, tuition, fees or tickets to your programs and events.
Companies
Connect with your audiences with a Company Profile Membership. Search our directories to scout for talent. Create individual or group invitations to selected profiles of interest. Use Ballet Insights to recruit talent.
Keep your community informed about your upcoming performances. List your events and jobs in our directories.

Recruit Talent
To invite a candidate to learn about an opportunity or program, first create a Group. Search and invite members to join. Choose the how you would like to allow the individuals and group to interact, and post your messages. Groups can be public, private or hidden from the directory. You have the ability to fully administer how the group will interact.
Members
Basic membership on Ballet Insights allows subscribers to view all community profiles and directories. Keep up to date with auditions/events, jobs and all premium content. Members may form groups and gain insights through interaction in the community.
